  • 1 egg, large
  • 1.3 oz. Vitamin D cheese, shredded or sliced
  • ½ avocado, spread
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread, toasted


  1. Place whole grain bread in the toaster.
  2. Cook eggs to preference (scramble, over easy, poached).
  3. After toasting, spread avocado on each side.
  4. Top with the eggs and Delightful vitamin D cheese.
  5. Season with pepper to taste.
